
We should also stop romanticizing women's sacrifices. We shall see women getting recognized for traits like leading, running, and owning a prosperous business, being humble, authoritarian, leading by example, passionate, ambitious, unstoppable, etc. There is no men and women distinction they are both leaders. We need to recognize them for leadership traits just like we do for leaders in general. We praise women for being scientists or astronauts when they tell their stories, their leadership styles and traits are all there, and we need to put the spotlight there. We have made significant progress in our journey to achieve gender equality, but we have a long way to go.Īs we progress, we shall start seeing more talk about women's professional growth, leadership qualities, and why someone is a good leader.



As we are coming to the end of women's history month, I would like to share a few thoughts.
